Your Career

Palo Alto Networks has established a premier product management team and is continually on the lookout for exceptional talent to address complex security challenges. As a Senior Product Manager for PAN-OS, you will be crucial in overseeing the lifecycle of PAN-OS, the software that powers our advanced firewalls and various cloud-based services.

Your Impact

  • Oversee the lifecycle of PAN-OS, including release management, version adoption, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams
  • Work alongside customer success and field teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address escalations

Your Experience

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent military experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role (software development, release management, or quality assurance)
  • Experience in product management is advantageous
  • Knowledge in device and appliance management, operating systems, or software lifecycle management is essential
  • Strong familiarity with Linux-based systems
  • Experience in security or firewall technologies is beneficial
  • Familiarity with public cloud IaaS is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally and with external customers, field teams, and partners
