Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their life insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Generate new business leads through prospecting, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with uplines and mentors to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong sales background, preferably in life insurance or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
