Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to adolescents, teaching social skills, healthy coping mechanisms, and recreational activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of youth by providing excellent supervision and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • State regulations require staff to be 21 years or older.
