Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to become part of our Respiratory and Acute Care Team, focusing on hospital sales through our distribution partners. You will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of proprietary heated humidification products and solutions tailored for respiratory treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales and territory management strategies in collaboration with the sales manager to maximize market impact and achieve or surpass sales objectives.
- Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with clients and strategic partners within the designated territory.
- Conduct client visits to present Fisher & Paykel Healthcare hospital products, therapy methodologies, and their advantages.
- Facilitate the installation of equipment for clinical trials of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products, educate hospital staff, and provide ongoing post-sales support.
- Expand existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM/Salesforce diligently to monitor opportunities, sales, and performance metrics.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions to disseminate information and education regarding Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without restrictions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, ideally in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Experience in medical device sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to assess business opportunities, prioritize tasks, and manage a broad territory effectively.
Compensation:
This sales position offers a combination of a base salary and a variable commission structure. The anticipated salary range for candidates in Missouri is between $122,600 and $130,100, with the potential for monthly over-plan commissions.
The final salary offered will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's experience, industry background, and educational qualifications.
