Overview

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will serve as an advocate for patients during the pre-admission process, working closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' medical needs and develop results-producing relationships throughout the medical facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel with patient's families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
  • Partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes and help remove payer-related and operational barriers to getting appropriate patients into this highly effective level of care.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with patients and their families, and work with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to plan the best continuum of care.
Qualifications

We are seeking results-driven team players who are passionate about providing superior quality in all that they do. Qualified candidates must be registered nurses (RN) or respiratory therapists (RT) with a strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include prior sales or business development experience, flexibility, self-drive, accountability for results, autonomy, and a supportive team-oriented approach.
