Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide compliance program to monitor the Company's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic insights and direction for the Compliance Department, including leading the design, development, and implementation of an effective enterprise-wide program to monitor the Company's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the organization in matters regarding corporate ethics and compliance practices, including collaborating, advising, and consulting with senior-level executives and officers on strategies for promoting values and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent work experience.
  • Eight years management experience or eight years in a related legal, regulatory, or compliance monitoring field.
  • Experience in overseeing offshore operations and/or third parties with significant offshore operations.
