We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Mindful Support Services. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our providers are operating in compliance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Credentialing team to ensure timely and accurate credentialing and recredentialing of providers.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance to the Business Relationship Manager and Director of Operations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager to implement and oversee Delegated Credentialing requirements.
  • Work with the Operations team to develop and maintain compliance-tracking methods in Zoho.
  • Represent the company in communication with insurance representatives to ensure timely credentialing of new providers.

Requirements:

  • Experience with business, insurance, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
