Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team in a direct-hire role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modified applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and other configurations.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features.
  • Develop JavaScript server/client code.
  • Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments.
  • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts.
  • 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow CAM/IRM modules, including a good understanding of NIST Risk Management Framework, Risk, and Audit processes in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
  • NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge.
  • Agile development processes experience.
  • System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.) experience.
  • Experience with process flow documentation creation.
Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is between $145,000 and $175,000, based on experience and qualifications.
