We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team at GreenSky Credit. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
