Tier III Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team at GreenSky Credit. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
