Lonestar Electric Supply is a leading provider of electrical solutions in Texas, and we're seeking an experienced Quotations Specialist to join our Projects Team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and organizational skills to partner with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and their representative agencies to acquire necessary information for project estimations. As a Quotations Specialist, you'll work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate projections of revenue and materials associated with construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand project scope and timelines.
  • Participate in client meetings, including transfer of customer from sales to Project Management.
  • Gather all necessary information to estimate and quote projects, including costs, revenue, and materials.
  • Prepare submittals of lighting packages for approval by clients.
  • Maintain current information on agents' pricing structures.
  • Expedite project quotes and prepare required client reports.
  • Communicate with departments involved in completing quotations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple portfolios for various clients simultaneously.
  • Construction or Electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with customers.
  • Outstanding computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Experience working as part of a team and independently owning and completing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with exemplary phone manners.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
