Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair game equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist guests with technical issues and provide support as needed
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve guest satisfaction goals

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical and electrical skills preferred but not required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
