Job Summary

New Life Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative HR Assistant to provide onsite support to our manufacturing clients. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Support hourly employees with new hire orientation, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Assist the recruitment team with screening and interviewing hourly candidates.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The estimated salary for this role is $67,500, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday.
  • Experience in manufacturing, payroll processing, and workers' compensation.
