We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at East Cambridge Savings Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of all Bank locations and ATM facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform general maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of all Bank facilities, grounds, and facility equipment.
- Contract Management: Assist with managing outside contractors, including monitoring work through completion, maintaining records, and contracts.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance programs through various service contracts on major equipment.
- Record Retention: Assist with the Bank's record retention program, including transporting records to be stored in the records room and obtaining approval from the respective Department Manager.
- Facilities Management: Assist with creating the annual budget and monitoring expenses throughout the year to ensure that costs for supplies, electricity, gas, water, contracts, postage, and services are within budgetary guidelines.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that the Operations Center and Main Office buildings are opened following established security procedures as needed, and keep abreast of various laws and regulations regarding OSHA, ADA, and health codes.
- Communication: Respond to incoming calls on Bank cell phone in regards to emergencies and facilities requests/inquiries, and coordinate mail pickup from postal service and distribute to internal Departments or Banking Centers as needed.
- A valid driver's license with a good Registry of Motor Vehicles report
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 3 years general Facilities experience
- Ability to travel to all locations, and as needed, respond to after-hours calls on-site in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to respond to emails and utilize the internet as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work additional hours as needed
