About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Power Systems Specialist to join our team at Qualus Services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical power systems that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical power systems and experience working with [medium to high voltage] electricity. A BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school is also required.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement electrical power systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date technical skills related to the design of electrical substations and protection and control schematics for the electric utility power grid.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school with a focus on power systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems and experience working with [medium to high voltage] electricity.
  • Microsoft Office product application.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
