Job Summary

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Compensation: $100,326.72 - $135,832.32 per year
