Job Summary:
The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician or Geriatrician to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position that requires the provision of primary care services in a community health center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine and be able to supervise Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in a community health center setting
- Supervise and mentor Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid California medical license
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with or added certification in the care of geriatric patients
