We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our OB/GYN and Midwifery team at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Obtain and document medical histories, identifying health risks and needs, and performing physical examinations and preventive screening procedures.
- Formulate differential diagnoses and plans of care based on history, physical examination, and clinical findings.
- Order and review diagnostic tests, identify and prescribe pharmacological therapies, and determine the effectiveness of care plans.
- Reassess and modify care plans as necessary to achieve medical and health goals.
- Make referrals to other healthcare professionals and community agencies, and participate in team meetings and conferences.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation and benefit package is competitive, with a base salary range of $106,581 - $132,368/yr. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus or incentive program.
