Your Role as an Automotive Service Consultant:- Welcome and assist clients, manage incoming calls, and help schedule appointments.
- Identify mechanical issues by asking detailed questions or conducting visual inspections and/or test drives.
- Discuss inspection findings with clients, suggest necessary repairs, and create work orders for required services.
- Draft repair orders detailing time, costs, and labor estimates for services.
- Document the client's concerns on the repair order to aid technicians in diagnosing the issue.
- Clarify the work completed and associated charges to clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
