As a Principal HEOR Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based decision-making across our organization. Your expertise in health economics and outcomes research will inform our product development, reimbursement strategies, and market access initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute observational and economic research studies to address clinical and business evidence gaps.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including clinical affairs, marketing, and reimbursement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to HEOR staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Author and publish peer-reviewed articles and presentations, showcasing your expertise in health economics and outcomes research.
- Develop and implement data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health economics, public health, statistics, or biostatistics.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in health economics, public health, statistics, or biostatistics, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- Master's degree in health economics, public health, statistics, or biostatistics preferred.
