About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Atkore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient assembly of electrical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of assemblers to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement solutions.
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
