Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for preparing end item units for inspection, performing various assembly tasks, and utilizing a range of hand tools and machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare end item units for inspection by cleaning connectors, installing safety wire, and applying touch-up paint.
  • Assemble a variety of electronic units using proper assembly techniques and adhering to engineering standards.
  • Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives as required.
  • Operate assembly machines and utilize laser marking equipment to mark name plates.
  • Perform and train on measurements and using measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret basic assembly instructions, process instructions, and engineering standards.
  • Utilize computer systems for work instructions, labor charging, and standards.
  • Process material requisitions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags with full proficiency.
  • Assist in responding to corrective actions and check and verify requirements per work instructions.
  • Perform material handling tasks and recognize and take steps to resolve assembly/work area issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
