Electrical Assembler Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic units, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare end-item units for inspection by performing various processes, including cleaning, safety wire installation, and touch-up painting.
  • Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives as required.
  • Operate assembly machines and utilize hand tools, including manual and power tools.
  • Assemble electronic units using proper assembly techniques and perform measurements using various instruments.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, process instructions, and engineering standards.
  • Utilize computer systems for work instructions, labor charging, and standards.
  • Process material requisitions and generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags.
  • Assist in responding to corrective actions and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
