Job Description

Alarm.com is seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team in Liberty Lake, WA. As a key member of our sales and marketing organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive partner onboarding experience and driving continued growth in engagement and revenue from our channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a process to directly engage all new Alarm.com channel partners, ensuring an optimal onboarding experience that shortens the revenue ramp.
  • Conduct quarterly performance audits of our top 50 regional and strategic account partners to identify opportunities for growth, providing a quarterly report to sales that summarizes the opportunity and recommended action plan.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve our standard quarterly business review process.
  • Assist with preparation for quarterly business reviews for our leading partners and attend virtually as warranted.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data-driven approach for identifying Alarm.com partners with declining engagement or at risk of churn.
  • Develop and implement a process to identify material upcoming annual and multi-year SaaS subscription renewals and proactively offer support to our partners in securing the renewal.
  • Measure, optimize, and report on program metrics, presenting results to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a partner success role, preferably at a B2B channel-driven enterprise SaaS organization.
  • A track record of growing revenue in a strategic manner by engaging both executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, and data presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to master an enterprise software platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for providing the highest-quality customer service experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion.
  • Team player with an extremely positive attitude and flexibility.

  • The base pay range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, in addition to variable compensation of $15,000 - $25,000.
