Permit Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Permit Production Specialist to join our team at Ervin Cable. As a Permit Production Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of comprehensive permitting deliverables, coordinating with multiple entities, and communicating efficiently with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assess complex permit documentation requirements and coordinate with multiple entities to ensure timely delivery of permitting documents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, vendors, and customers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Validate deliverables against permit documentation requirements and facilitate timely handoff.
- Create production reports, graphics, and dashboards to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform independently with minimal supervision, exercising latitude to achieve project objectives.
- 2 years of related work experience in permitting operations or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of office hardware and software, including PCs, tablets, printers, and Microsoft and Google applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills, both oral and written.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
