Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications accurately and promptly to residents as per physician's directives.
  • Provide emergency assistance to residents when required.
  • Order sufficient medications and supplies to ensure timely administration.
  • Oversee other staff members in the care of residents.
  • Monitor and document the effectiveness of treatments and medications.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to facility policies and procedures as detailed in the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current LPN License and CPR Certification.
  • Dependable, professional, and friendly individuals with a valid LPN license.
  • Familiarity with computer documentation and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or qualified practitioner.
  • Supervise CNAs in the care of residents.
  • Conduct and document thorough assessments of residents' needs related to medication administration.
