We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Mail Center Manager to join our team at iPostal1 Business Centers in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time position that requires working in the office and involves various responsibilities related to mail handling and customer service.

Job Summary:

The Mail Center Manager will be responsible for receiving mail, scanning it into software, and filing it appropriately. They will also answer inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers in a prompt and professional manner. Additionally, they will assist customers in retrieving their mail, ascertain the level of assistance needed to resolve inquiries, and deliver information in a positive and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive mail, scan it into software, and file it appropriately
  • Answer inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers
  • Assist customers in retrieving their mail
  • Ascertain the level of assistance needed to resolve inquiries
  • Deliver information in a positive and compassionate manner
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Keep inventory of mail and office supplies

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential mail with discretion
  • Results-oriented and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in an office coordinator role with an emphasis on customer service

Compensation:
