Our team comprises seasoned Loan Officers and an exceptional operations unit, committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and process a complete pipeline of mortgage loan applications.
  • Assess loan files for adherence to regulatory standards and completeness.
  • Precisely review and enter essential loan information into operational systems.
  • Request additional vendor services, such as title searches and property valuations.
  • Gather necessary underwriting conditions from loan officers and/or applicants.
  • Relay pipeline and file status updates to retail sales teams and management.
  • Collaborate with various operational departments to ensure streamlined and effective workflows.
  • Complete all required checklists and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills with a capacity to adapt to new systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management abilities are essential.
  • Highly driven and focused on achieving success in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Compensation for experienced processors ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and bonuses.
