Opal Autism Centers is a leading provider of ABA services, dedicated to empowering children with autism to reach their full potential. We're seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychological Associate to join our team of experts in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neuro-developmental disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients and their families, ensuring a client-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with clinical, intake, and admissions personnel to ensure timely access to care.
  • Participate in administrative and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of quality assurance and ethical care.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in North Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of neuro-developmental disorders, including ASD.
  • Prior experience conducting evaluations for children with ASD, IDD, and other neuro-developmental disorders.
  • Proficiency with evidence-based assessment tools, such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or others.
  • Excellent communication and clinical writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about Opal Autism Centers' mission.
Work Environment:
