Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy. As a critical member of our growing team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for young children in the state of North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment screenings, including meeting with families to familiarize them with the assessment process and determining the child's expressive language level for ADOS-2 module selection.
  • Administer and score the ADOS-2 with children ranging in age from 18 months to 9 years, and provide supervision to trained clinicians implementing the ADOS-2.
  • Provide clinical training to assessment staff on proper implementation and scoring of the ADOS-2, and contribute to or co-lead monthly group supervision meetings for ADOS-2 administrators.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical directors and office managers to ensure assessments do not interfere with other clinical operations, and work with the intake team to ensure a seamless intake process for families and Mosaic staff.
  • Conduct full diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder as needed, and document services provided through appropriate clinical notes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate training in psychological assessment.
  • Documented experience working with young children, including autistic children.
  • Experience conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments, including the ADOS-2.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using electronic medical record applications, such as Central Reach.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Doctoral degree in School or Clinical Psychology.
  • Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina.
