We're seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in North Carolina.

Position Overview:

The LPA will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neuro-developmental disorders. This role requires strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, current licensure as an LPA in North Carolina, and experience conducting evaluations for children with ASD and related disorders.


Essential Job Functions:
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to prepare detailed evaluation reports.
• Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for children with ASD and related disorders.
• Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on treatment plans and outcomes.
• Participate in administrative and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in North Carolina.
• Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment of neuro-developmental disorders.
• Prior experience conducting evaluations for children with ASD, IDD, and other neuro-developmental disorders.
• Proficiency with tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or other evidence-based assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and clinical writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about Opal Autism Centers' mission.
• Strong adherence to HIPAA requirements.

Work Environment and Travel:
This position requires regular travel to our centers across North Carolina. Local, state, and regional travel may be required to meet the needs of our clients and centers.
