Operations Oversight:
The Branch Manager supervises daily operations at the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service. Some branches feature a Kitchen and Bath Showroom.
Ensure efficient workflows, reduce operating expenses, and uphold high service standards for both internal and external clients.

Participates in implementing company policies, directing, and coordinating all departmental activities to establish and execute long-term goals and objectives that align with business and profitability growth targets.

Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to assess progress toward defined sales objectives.
Evaluates operations and plans to fulfill sales planning requirements and to explore new market opportunities.

Strategic Planning:
Formulating and executing strategic goals and objectives that resonate with the company's vision and mission.
Goals include enhancing processes, improving customer satisfaction, and driving growth.

Personnel Management:
Recruiting and managing staff to ensure adequate workload and achieve branch objectives while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Building and leading a cohesive team while promoting individual and collective development.
Reviews and maintains accurate timesheets and payroll records for all personnel.
Conducts bi-annual performance evaluations for team members.

Financial Management:
Monitoring the branch's financial performance, including detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
Implementing cost-effective strategies and contributing to overall profitability.

Facility Maintenance:
Ensuring the safety and functionality of the facility.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace on a daily basis.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure the branch operates smoothly.

Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing initiatives related to safety, quality, and performance.
Fostering relationships; recognizing the importance of relationships and viewing them as a critical success factor.
Adhering to procedures to ensure high-quality output and taking corrective actions to address quality issues.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Four to ten years of management or leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Degree in Management
Knowledge of the plumbing, heating, and HVAC industry.
