Job Title: Service Support Specialist

Ziegler CAT is seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of equipment and materials from suppliers.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and coordinate communication with contractors, engineers, customers, and other team members.
  • Develop and manage project quotes and invoices.
  • Monitor project costs and coordinate billing.
  • Lead field service projects, managing outside resources to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate project information and updates to the Product Support group and other necessary parties.
Requirements:
  • High School degree required; 2-year college degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat.
Travel and Physical Requirements:

Up to 10% travel required. Standing, walking, using hands, talking, and hearing are essential physical requirements for this role.
