Job SummaryArcfield is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Engineer to support the Sponsor Front Office-level by analyzing, recommending, and optimizing operational strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business process engineering, systems engineering, and technical lifecycle planning.
Key Responsibilities- Perform analysis and design related to software and/or engineering projects
- Define, interpret, and develop quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with Sponsor's requirements
- Investigate and analyze unique or technical customer issues providing technical assistance in establishing procedures and methods
- Review and evaluate trends implementing corrective action as needed
- Interface with customers, vendors, and all company departments to resolve technical and quality problems
- Provide leadership in the areas of producibility and process improvement, quality engineering, software quality, software configuration management, and procurement quality engineering
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Requires 5 - 7 years relevant experience with BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems
- Four (4) years of experience supporting technical programs in a business process engineering or systems engineering capacity that included technical lifecycle planning, requirements analysis, and systems design
- Desired Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience actively supporting technical projects within the Intelligence Community that required an understanding of business process and/or systems engineering principles and practices
