Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Analyst - TS/SCI CI Poly to join our team at Tenica Global Solutions. In this role, you will assess business processes, design and document processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to define business processes, criteria, input requirements, timelines, and other specifics to support business process improvement and automation recommendations.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings to drive operational efficiency.
- Establish engagement strategies, project plans, risks, dependencies, assumptions, and process documentation for automated and non-automated process improvement solutions.
- Develop process improvement activities, including applicable documentation and anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration through applicable governance processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years' experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Active TS/SCI with CI poly clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and document processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience working with customers to fully understand processes at the key stroke level and develop process documentation and design for processes.
