Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Direct Support Professional. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses.

About the Role

The Direct Support Professional will provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping individuals to develop skills and independence.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have a high-school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Able to pass a criminal history background check
  • MUST have a current/valid Maine driver's license and MUST be insurable
  • Able to attend ALL mandatory trainings and staff meetings
  • Must willing to travel and have reliable transportation
