Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Associate to join our team at TBWA\Chiat\Day. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and hospitable patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and smooth operations in the front and back office.
  • Collaborate with the care team to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and billing information.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as scanning and uploading patient medical health information, electronic filing of EOBs, and documentation upkeep of clinic operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in core MS/Google Suite, with ability to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
