Corporate Facilities Coordinator

About You
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, experience working in a corporate setting, and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure. You will be responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and laundry services, as well as managing a team of almost thirty people.Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Services
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned
- Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials
- Daily and Weekly Reports
- Perform daily and weekly reports
- Client Communication
- Notify client of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessments up to the standard of an Account Manager
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred; Office 365 and excellent communication skills including writing proper emails
