About the Job

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR plays a vital role in supporting the SVP, General Counsel with Board and Corporate Governance matters, while administering contract management oversight.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize and coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and annual meetings, including preparing meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and materials.
  2. Facilitate communication between the board of directors and management, maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  3. Oversee governance and corporate document retention, organization, and management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist in improving board processes and effectiveness, staying informed on best practices in corporate governance and board management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a board of directors, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
