Overview

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Lead Teacher to lead our preschool division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging educational programs for preschool-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities promoting cognitive development
  • Create a supportive learning environment that encourages social and emotional growth
  • Develop daily routines and schedules ensuring adequate physical activity and rest time for students
  • Maintain open communication with parents on students' progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in childcare or education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
