We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Norfolk. As a Lead Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents, while also supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Lead Care Specialist, you will:

  • Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Lead Care Specialist, you must:

  • Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
  • Hold current/active CPR Certification.
  • Be customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
