Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Monitor I to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and supervise resident work details to maintain facility cleanliness
  • Assess and respond appropriately to resident behaviors, attitudes, and dispositions
  • Document disciplinary action for rule violations in accordance with contracting agency requirements

As a Resident Monitor I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in criminal justice, social services, or related field (preferred)
  • 6 months of experience working in human services, criminal justice, and/or correctional system(s) (including internships and/or volunteer placements)
Benefits

Pioneer Human Services offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
