Senior Claims Adjuster General Liability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex General Liability claims.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
- Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies
- Communicate with claimants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in General Liability
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with claims management software and systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
