Senior Claims Specialist - Subrogation and Workers Compensation

At Gallagher, we're committed to delivering exceptional claims management services to our clients. As a Senior Claims Specialist, you'll play a critical role in executing decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize claims resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and clients
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related claims experience
  • Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
