Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Property Damage Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial PD claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.

About the Role

This role is eligible for fully remote work and requires a minimum of 3 years related claims experience. You will work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process. Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to our claimants, handling claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, and documenting and communicating claim activity timely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate commercial PD claims
  • Apply claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions
  • Resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants
  • Document and communicate claim activity
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
  • Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
