ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensuring Safety and Security:

  • Prioritizes safety and implements corrective measures to uphold a secure shopping environment.
  • Oversees building security, including access control and alarm system checks.
  • Focuses on customer safety and emergency response protocols.

Customer Engagement:

  • Interacts respectfully with customers, associates, and management.
  • Promotes adherence to company branding and dress code standards.

Merchandising Standards:

  • Ensures that merchandise presentation aligns with company expectations.
  • Supervises stockroom organization and product placement.

Loss Prevention Strategies:

  • Manages loss prevention efforts and monitors engagement with customers and associates.
  • Exhibits integrity and honesty in all interactions.

Front-End Operations Management:

  • Maximizes efficiency in front-end operations.
  • Trains associates on cash handling and operational procedures.

Fitting Room Oversight:

  • Ensures cleanliness and compliance with company policies in fitting rooms.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handles cash management and payroll duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Completes various tasks as delegated by the Store Manager.
