Director of Impact and Development

The Director of Impact and Development will play a crucial role in communicating the impact of Hillcrest Children and Family Center's services on clients and the community. This position will utilize various media platforms, including social media, written communications, and broadcast media, to promote the center's impact. The Director will work closely with department leaders to gather and retrieve data to emphasize and promote the center's impact internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate partnerships, community outreach opportunities, engagement, and fundraising activities.
  • Provide leadership and implement strategies to promote agency impact and collect data related to client outcomes, customer satisfaction, staff, client, and partner testimonies.
  • Promote the positive agency brand online and through various media.
  • Seek grants, fund development, and donor cultivation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, economics, or environmental studies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit or social impact organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven evaluation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for social or environmental change and a commitment to making a positive impact.
