Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is between $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Job Description
This remote work opportunity seeks a seasoned Lead Engineer II, Development to join the Digital Nexus technology organization. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, develop high-performing teams, and oversee all phases of the system development process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to onshore/offshore development managers, project leaders, and developers.
- Participate in developing/mentoring employees to build high-performing teams.
- Accountable for analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for application systems.
- Act as primary client contact responsible for fulfilling project requirements.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, status reporting, and project budgets.
- Establish and analyze staffing requirements within guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum eight years of recent experience working with application development teams in a lead capacity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing, planning, and administering operational activities of several Applications Development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle, clients' area functions, and application program development alternatives.
- Experience managing systems development or systems maintenance project teams (PowerApps technology preferred).
