We are Inked Brands, a company that works with niche brands to scale their businesses by analyzing and optimizing product assortment for both the eCommerce and wholesale sales channels.

Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth and success across our presence on several key online sales channels, including eCommerce, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, Meta Shops, Pinterest, Faire, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to drive results across multiple channels simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Oversee the performance of eCommerce, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta Shops, Pinterest, Etsy, and Faire accounts, ensuring optimal performance across each platform.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, promotional activities, and overall channel performance.
    • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across the multiple e-commerce platforms, aligning strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Create and manage platform-specific strategies tailored to the strengths and features of each platform (e.g., Amazon SEO, TikTok creative strategies, Pinterest shopping ads).
    • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion between platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
    • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership on channel performance, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Use analytics tools to track and measure success, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend adjustments to enhance performance.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to test new features, campaigns, and optimization techniques.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the e-commerce, creative, and product teams to ensure product listings are optimized, and marketing materials are aligned with platform best practices.
    • Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to address any channel-specific concerns related to product availability, shipping, and customer service.
  • Platform Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong working relationships with key platform representatives from TikTok, Etsy, Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, and Faire to stay informed about new features, platform changes, and partnership opportunities.
    • Liaise with platform account managers to resolve any performance issues and optimize account health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or multi-channel performance management, with hands-on experience managing platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta Shops, Pinterest, and Faire wholesale.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing sales across e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Pinterest Ads Manager, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional B2B platforms like Alibaba, eBay Business, or industry-specific marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Adobe).
  • Understanding of product pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
