Executive Talent Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Management Professional to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people and looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience for all candidates.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by enforcing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role.
- Proven experience in the Accounting + Finance industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.
$80,000 - $100,000 per year
