About the Role

Feeders Pet Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Supply Operations Manager to oversee store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing inventory, sales records, and loss prevention programs.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store inventory and sales records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve overall store performance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, vendors, and customers to drive business growth.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, employee management, and customer service.
  • Ensure seamless execution of store merchandising activities, including end cap displays, signage, and stock rotation.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business needs, recommending adjustments to Store Managers as necessary.
  • Process and reconcile incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
  • Employee Development:
  • Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in pet supply operations.
  • Mentor and coach team members to promote career growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by addressing any hazards or concerns promptly.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
